Faith, exercise, yoga, meditation, the right live foods, you must put your faith and action and to getting your health back.

My body has been ravaged by a series of health issues for quite a few years. I’m currently in an almost constant state of pain, from the tendons in my legs and arms along with my bones and joints. Currently I wait for a CT scan to help identify if there’s another cancer in my body. But I know deep in my heart that I need to take action. My faith is that action that will help me live a better life with less pain, and more health.

Yoga has been something I’ve done for quite a few years and lately no matter what I do. I can’t seem to motivate myself to practice it. yoga is practice, and all about stretching your body breathing correctly, meditating letting the moves that you’re doing heal your body, releasing the energy that is pent-up due to the stress and other maladies. This video that you’re about to watch shows someone who the doctors gave up on, then shows the determination of a person and the dramatic results that someone can get when they have faith coupled with action.

My prayer for you and myself is that we will have the faith coupled with action, to take the steps that are required to regain our health. Yoga should be part of our exercise program. There are many good programs on the Internet that will teach you more about practice in the art of yoga.
